Mr. Boentoro, 54, is an Indonesian. He obtained his Bachelor in Economics from Parahyangan Catholic University in 1981. After graduation, he worked as a Marketing Support Specialist for the Computer Division of PT Astra Graphia (1981 – 1986), served as a Marketing Manager of PT Kitadin (1986 – 1988), was appointed General Manager of PT Indominco Mandiri (1989 – 2003), held the position of SVP Marketing Banpu Group (2001 – 2005) and Director of PT Kitadin (2001 – 2003). After appointed SVP Commercial and Customer Relations for the Banpu Group and a Director of ITM affiliate companies (2007 – 2009), he worked as an Advisor of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk.

Ms. Somreudee serves as a Commissioner for ITM. She serves concurrently as the Chief Financial Officer at Banpu Public Company Ltd.

In her role at Banpu, Ms Somredee is the Chairman of the Banpu Provident Fund as well as being a member of the Banpu Risk Management Committee, the Commodities Risk Management Committee and a Director of various Banpu affiliate companies.

She graduated from Bangkok University in 1983 with a BSc in Accounting and completed the Global Leadership Program at Harvard Business School in 2000.

Mr. Dr. Sathidpong Wattananuchit, Thai citizen, was born on June 18, 1959. Joining Banpu Pcl. since 1998, he began his career as Vice President of Human Resources Department. From 2004 to 2005 he served as Vice President of Internal Audit. From 2006 to 2007 he was assigned to serve as Group Senior Vice President of Corporate Service and from 2007 to 2011 he was appointed Assistant CEO of Corporate Service Mr. Wattananuchit earned his Bachelor in Administration from University of Sukhothai Thammathirat and another Bachelor in English from University Nakborn Ratchasima Rajaphat. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy in Strategic Management from University of Washington and earned Master Business Administration in Strategic Management and Leadership Intercultural from Open University of Netherlands.

Pak Lukmanul serves as a Commissioner for ITM. He is also a serving Director at various ITM subsidiaries.

He joined PT Indominco (an ITM subsidiary) in 1992 and since 2001 has been the Operations Director at Indominco and Kitadin. From 2005 to 2007 he served as Human Resources and QSE Director of ITM’s affiliated companies.

In addition to his time at ITM, Pak Lukmanul has over 23 years of experience at PT Indocement where he served last as Senior Plant Coordinator.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mining Technology from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1976. He also has a Magister Manajemen in International Management from Institut Manajemen Prasetya Mulya, which he received in 2001.

Professor Dr. Djisman is a well known and respected Indonesian economist. In addition to his position as a Commissioner at ITM, is also the Chairman of the Board of Management at CSIS and an Executive Director for Prasetiya Mulya Business School.

He began his career with SGV Utomo in 1973 as an auditor and moved on to be the Department Head Economic Affairs at the Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). He then went on to be the Chairman – Board of Trustees at CSIS (1999 – 2005) and the Dean of Prasetya Mulya Business School (1989 – 2003).

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Parahayangan Catholic University in 1973 and a Diploma Rer-Pol in Monetary Economics and Public Finance from the University of Cologne in 1979. His Ph.D in International Economics was also earned at the same university in 1983.

Mr. Ibrahim Yusuf, Indonesian Citizen, born in Tanjung Balai North Sumatera on 17 January 1946, graduated from the University of Gajah Mada majoring in Social Politics in 1970 and in 1983 graduated from the Asian Institute of Journalism in Manila Philippines. He has attended various training carried out by the Department of Foreign Affairs and also has completed his National Defense Institute in 1996.

His career began in 1981 at the Foreign Affairs Department as Deputy Director – Directorate General of ASEAN Affairs, he further assigned and posted in several embassies such as in Bulgaria, Canberra – Australia, Beijing China. In year 2000 – 2002 he was appointed the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in United Arab Emirates in Abu Dhabi, and in 2004 up to 2008 he was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of Thailand and Permanent Representative to UNESCAP. And in July 2008 he was assigned as Special Envoy for Capacity Building in Palestine.

He is currently an Independent Commissioner of the Company.

Mr. Somyot is the President Director of ITM. In this capacity he is also currently the Head of Coal Operations Indonesia for the Banpu Group as well as the President Director of ITM affiliate companies.

He began his career as Utilities Manager at Siam Kraft Paper Co. Ltd- Siam Cement Group working there for ten years from 1977 before moving to be the Lead Technologist at Thai Oil Co. Ltd from 1987 to 1990. After spending three years as the Operations Manager at PPG-Siam Silica Co. Ltd in 1993 he went to become the general manager of Siam Unisole Co. LTd. (1994 – 1995) and then the Managing Director MRD-ECC Co. Ltd. From 1995 to 2000.

He earned his Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University in 1982 and his Master in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Asian Institute of Technology in 1994. He also has a Master in Business Administration from Chulalongkorn University in 1997.

Mr. Pongsak is Operations Director at ITM.

An experienced geologist, Mr. Pongsakat past experience includes working at Chatcue Sompong Mining Co. Ltd. (1986 – 1988) as Head of Exploration Division, and was Mining Manager at Visanu Cement Co. Ltd. (1990 – 1991).

He joined Banpu Group in 1992 as Senior Manager and rose to be the Managing Director of Banpu Terminal Co. Ltd. between 2001 – 2002. Following this, until 2005 he acted as the Director of Banpu Indonesia and SVP for operations.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Geology from Chulalongkorn University in 1982 and in 2002 acquired a Master of Business Administration from Kasetsart University.

Born on December 3, 1963, Mr. Hartono Wijaya, Indonesian citizen, started his career in the marketing area as Sales Associate Area in Metrodata (IBM) in 1988. He then developed his career in coal mining industry for 21 years. He served as Assistant Marketing Manager in PT Kitadin (1989), Marketing Manager in PT Kitadin (1992), Deputy General Manager of Marketing and Shipping (1994), General Manager of Marketing and Shipping (1996), Deputy Director of Marketing and Shipping (1999), Vice President of Regional Marketing (2002), Senior Vice President of Marketing for China and North Asia (2007), Senior Vice President of Marketing for Japan, Europe, New Zealand and Marketing Compliance (2010) Graduating from University of Satya Wacana, he earned Bachelor in Electronic Engineering and then obtained Master Business Administration from Institute of Management Development Indonesia.

Mr. Edward is the Director of Finance at ITM.

He began his career as a Credit Analyst & Account Officer Corporate Banking – Deutche Bank (1990 – 1993). He then moved on to be Accounting and Project Finance Manager at PT Centralindo Panca Sakti/Napan Group (1995 – 1996), Finance Manager and Director Dow Indonesia and Dow Vietnam (1996 – 2001). He has also served as Finance Director at Monsanto Indonesia (2001), L’Oreal Indonesia (2002 – 2003), Makro Indonesia (2003 – 2006), and Electronic City Group (2006 – 2007) before joining ITM in 2007.

He earned his Bachelor of Accounting from Universitas Indonesia in 1990 and his MBA in Finance from the University of Florida in 1995.

Mr. Mahyudin Lubis, Indonesian citizen, born in Padang Sidempuan, 20 January 1952, obtained his Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering from Institute of Technology Bandung in 1977.

In 1977 he served as the Head of Sub-Directorate of Mining Environment, Department of Mines and Energy and further developed his career and held the position of Director of Coal, Head of the Mines and Energy Office in Riau Province. During 2001 – 2006 he was Director of Mineral and Coal Business, Department of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Indonesia. During 2003 - 2008 he was Commissioner of PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk.. Since 2006 up to his appointment as a Director of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. on 17 April 2009, he was an Advisor to Board of Directors of the Company.
