ITM officially announced 4 human resource service programs. They were Banpu Portal, Human Resource Portal, Road to Banpu Spirit, and Human Resource Information System.

The Banpu Spirit Portal was intended to provide any information on Banpu Spirit. Through this portal, all ITM employees and its subsidiaries could learn and read information on the recent Banpu Spirit knowledge and practice.

“Our new Banpu Spirit Portal has more complete features than the previous one,” said Budiyanto, ITM’s Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, showing the portal’s menu to the audience.

Meanwhile, The HR Portal was a knowledge management base system where an employee could learn Company’s regulation, collective labor agreements, find training information, and so forth.

As for the Road to Banpu Spirit, it was delivered in the form of two guidance books on work ethos which was derived from the core values of Banpu Spirit. The first pocket book dealt with numerous codes of conducts that had to be done and avoided doing.

The other one, which was provided in the form of comic book, told about four characters of ITM employees in daily activities, playing protagonist, antagonist, and woman role.

These books were distributed to all ITM employees.

Another program released was the Human Resources Information System. It was aimed at creating an integrated employees’ data base so they could retrieve information on their labored affairs fast and easily. They could, for instance, access data on payroll, attendance, trainings, health management, and so forth.

The Banpu Spirit Practice Score Increases

In his opening speech, the Director Operation Pongsak Thongampai said that the year of 2009 had been passed through with a pleasurable performance. He added that the Banpu Spirit Survey showed that the score had significantly increased.

The result of the survey would be officially announced on February 5, 2010 at Jakarta office and all ITM subsidiaries.

“Banpu Spirit is a never ending universal journey,” he said.

At the same occasion, the Committee also named the winners of “Banpu Spirit Photo Telling Competition” and handed out awards to some employees who had given contribution as trainers at some different Company’s in-house training course.
